Student Assistance Navigator

The job of Student Assistance Navigator is done for the purpose/s of coordinating care provided to youth and their families, including behavioral health care, physical health care, education, juvenile justice, and other services available in the community as a part of the local System of Care; advocating for students and their families, coordinating services, and providing ongoing feedback to the System of Care and emphasizing the importance of assisting youth and families dealing with complex needs; and identifying, screening, coordinating, and providing a Service Plan for students receiving services through the program in partnership with school personnel, family members, community service providers and others.
