Telehealth Hub

Students who deal with stress and anxiety, grief and trauma, substance abuse, impulsivity or inattention, or depression can benefit from our services. Our services include:

  • Outpatient behavioral health care
  • Assessment, individual, family, and group therapy
  • Evidence-based practices, including MI, CBT, Trails, and EMDR
  • Sessions during and after school hours

How can students be successful?

  • Be willing to participate
  • Have a device compatible with Zoom and an internet connection
  • Have parent involvement and permission if under age 13

How can schools support their students?

  • Provide information to youth and families
  • Provide a confidential space for youth to participate during the school day
  • Support students with technology

Who can access our services?

All students grades K-12 in the ESD 113 region. We encourage schools with limited access to behavioral health services to share this resource with their families.

What is the process?

The student (if over 13) or the family (required for students under 13) should call the True North intake line at 360-464-6867 to schedule an assessment. Following the assessment, a clinician (in partnership with the family and school as appropriate and with signed release) will create an individualized service plan for the student.
